With an impressive 30-year tenure in FP&A, Strategy Execution, Performance Management, Data Analytics, and Business Process Improvement, his expertise is unparalleled. Roger's multifaceted skill set uniquely positions him to drive impactful results and optimize business processes with precision and insight.
Anthony Wilson
Managing Director
Anthony is a globally acknowledged authority in Enterprise Performance Management including FP&A. With 20+ years of expertise, predominantly in the Financial Services sector, he brings a wealth of experience to every project. His extensive knowledge and practical insights make him a trusted leader in optimising financial strategies and operations.
Lee Wilson
Director
Lee is a certified Prince 2 Project Management and OKR Practitioner with the KPI Institute, in addition to being a seasoned Financial Coach. With two decades of experience in Financial Management, Lee brings a wealth of expertise to every endeavor. Her diverse skill set empowers her to excel in optimising projects and financial strategies with precision and proficiency.

We founded FP&Ai as two finance transformation specialists, Roger Knocker, CA(SA), and Anthony Wilson (A CPM Specialist), who’ve spent years on both sides of the table.
We’ve worked across industries, built forecasting models, led consolidations, and designed performance dashboards that help businesses run better. We didn’t set out to sell software. We set out to solve real finance problems with speed, precision, and integrity.
